The second MiSCA race of the year saw the Coyotes take their first-ever victory as an Elementary School team! We had about 60 racers from our team at Addison Oaks (in Leonard, MI) today, enjoying nearly perfect racing conditions featuring overcast skies, temps in the 70s, a nice dry racecourse, good food, and even better racing.

The race was the largest ever put on by MiSCA, with 650 registered junior racers battling for victory, podium places, dignity, and enjoyment. The Addison Oaks course is lightning-fast, with limited climbing (one steady-climb to start the loop and some small punchy rollers throughout), a hard-packed clay trail surface, well-maintained berms, and a few fun features as well. The course is perenially one of the most popular in the MiSCA series, and those who raced it enjoyed the fast track.
