We love a good party, so we’re hoping to form a party planning committee now so that we don’t have to hurry to throw together an end-of-season party later. If you’re willing to help plan the location, date, time, activities, and possibly help fundraise (we can help with this part) then we want to hear from you.
Our hope would be to have one big party for Elementary, MS and HS at the same time so a mix of volunteers from various ages would really help.
Things to figure out:
1. Location
2. Format home happy
3. Date/Time (The week of Oct 18th would be right after our last race)
4. Whatever else you all can think of.
Last year: We had it at the Cannonsburg Ski area pump track field. Mark Hughes DJ’ed with lights. We played games, had a raffle, ate some pizza, got asked to be quiet by Cannonsburg because our awesome music was making their haunted forest less scary. In all, it was a fun night outside with bikes and prizes. We had it right after the last race.
